And the couple and their six children, Maddox, 12, Pax, Zahara, eight, Shiloh, seven, and five-year-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, looked closer than ever as they visited the Currumbin Wildlife Park on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, on Thursday.
During the outing, the power couple were seen giving their little girl Zahara a tight squeeze as the clan spent quality time together.

At one point, Angelina tenderly cradled her daughter's head in her hands as she doted and stared down at her lovingly.
Sitting close by was Brad and Angie's twin girl Vivienne, who looked adorable in a white sundress, and Maddox, who stood beside them.
The group were chatting to staff members who were showing them around the zoo.

Showing off his bulging biceps, the Hollywood hunk donned a grey V-neck T-shirt, a pair of charcoal shorts and some matching grey suede lace-up shoes.
The actor gelled back his new hipster haircut and donned a pair of cool mirrored Aviator shades.

The family were taken to a section of the park not normally open for visitors, where the children played with several animals.
Little Pax took a liking to a baby Joey whose mother was apparently lost and the animal was orphaned.

Zahara was also extremely interested in the marsupial, and was seen tenderly patting the family's new furry friend as the rest of the clan looked on in awe.
The outing at the zoo comes after the family celebrated Christmas also on the Gold Coast.
Ahead of the holiday, the Mr. and Mrs. Smith stars managed to get some last-minute shopping done at a Target in the suburb of Robina.

Apparently the manager of the Target store had waited until everyone had left the retailer, only to privately reopen it up for the stars and company.
An employee told the Gold Coast Bulletin newspaper: 'They made sure no one was around to blow their cover.'

According to the source, the Brangelina clan shopped for about an hour and a half to buy presents for their children and friends.
The employee source added: 'Who would have thought people like them would do their shopping at Target?'
On Monday, a day after their special Target visit, the family were spotted taking in a speed boat trip on the Coomera River in Queensland.
The couple, who have a net worth of over $300million, have been spending time in Australia while mother-of-six Angelina is directing the war film Unbroken, which is set for release on Christmas Day 2014.

The actor plays 'Wardaddy' and stars alongside stars alongside Shia Lebeouf, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, and Michael Peña in the film that is set for an October 2014 release.
