The actress scraped her dark hair back into an updo and shielded her eyes with large brown sunglasses.

Sources close to the website said the troubled starlet has enrolled at the private design school, registering under an alias for two classes at the Orange County campus.
Those close to her hope this will provide her with some structure on her road to recovery, reports TMZ.
The former child star will allegedly be escorted to and from class.
Family affair: Amanda's father Richard joined the women a little later
But according to RadarOnline, Bynes has been advised by her psychiatrists not to attend school so soon after returning home.
'Amanda was told by her doctors that going to fashion school, so soon after being released from The Canyons, … [is] an absolutely terrible idea for [her] to do at this time - it’s almost setting her up for failure,' a source said.
'There will be pressure on Amanda as far as school work, deadlines, and it’s unlikely she will be able to succeed.'

'Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day.
Bynes was put on psychiatric hold after she started a fire on a driveway back in July, and was transferred to the The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu in September after transferring from UCLA hospital.
Mr Arminak said: 'Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She's very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared.'

But Bynes is already facing legal troubles. She failed to show up for a mandatory hearing at a New York court on Thursday, leaving the judge on the bong-tossing case 'irritated,' reports the NY Daily News.
'Where is the defendant?' Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Diana Boyar asked Bynes' attorney, Gerald Shargel. 'Is she still in the hospital?'
Shargel answered that she had been released from rehab and discharged into the custody of her parents, but could not be present for the hearing.
He did not give a reason why, and prosecutors were aware that she would be absent, reports the newspaper.

But the judge insisted that a warrant would be ordered if Bynes did not show up in court at the next scheduled hearing on January 10.
The case is in connection with an incident in May when Bynes allegedly threw a marijuana bong out of the window of her 36th floor apartment.
She was charged with reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence.
It doesn't end here: Amanda will apparently continue her outpatient treatmen, pictured with her parents as a young starlet
