And on Thursday, Cindy Crawford gave a glimpse into just how she maintains her pristine health and physique as she emerged from popular beachside shack Malibu Seafood carrying a fresh dose of naturally sourced Omega 3 and protein.

The 47-year-old mother was exquisite in a highly flattering pair of white skinny jeans, showcasing her famous model legs perfectly.

It seemed to be nothing more than a casual lunch run for Cindy, but nonetheless she made a solid impression as she pounded the pavement in elegant sandals and tight pants

An elegant flowing black top decorated with a long necklace studded with pretty stones added to the star's summery ensemble, and she carried her essentials in a chic black leather handbag on her arm.

Her signature brunette tresses flowed in natural waves about her shoulders whilst tortoise shell sunglasses framed her stunning face, with her trademark beauty spot standing out above her lip.

Cindy clutched a plastic bag full of delicious goodies from the ocean and a juicy lemon to accompany the meal as she strut away from the small but very popular seafood eatery located on the edge of the Pacific Coast Highway in the celebrity-studded seaside town.

It claims to offer the 'freshest seafood on the coast', so it's no wonder the busy supermodel opted to get her fill here.

The leggy brunette has two children with her husband Rande Gerber - Presley Walker, 14, and Kaia Jordan, 12 - and does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon on the health and vitality front.

She and Kaia were spotted enjoying a happy mother-daughter bike ride together in Malibu on Monday, with the pair of them bursting with happy grins as they cruised the beachy streets.
In her fitness attire, Cindy revealed yet another reason for her picture perfect figure as she pedaled down the road on her two-wheeled beast, getting a spot of exercise the fun way.

And it seems the good genes have translated, because it wasn't too long ago that the young beauty looked like she would follow her mother down the runway, as Kaia became the face of Versace's kids' line of clothing last year.

Her mother also modeled for the Italian designer back in the Nineties.

However, Cindy decided that modelling wasn't the best path for her daughter at the moment, and put a hold on her career.
