The petite star looked stunning in a flattering monochrome body con dress.
The black and white design of the form fitting garment was cleverly constructed in a
way that complimented the star's every curve.
The elegant cocktail dress fell just above Eva's knees and showed off her toned calves which are the result of her dedicated fitness regime.
Eva kept the rest of her look simple with a pair of black leather pointed stiletto heels and a black satin clutch with a gold clasp.

The 38-year-old actress sported a tanned glow and was immaculately made-up with smoky eye make-up and a glossy pout.
The sultry brunette wore her dark locks pulled back from her face in a tight ponytail showing off her pretty face and a pair of rather large diamond earrings which were her only jewellery.
Showing close attention to detail and in theme with the monochrome look Eva opted for a gothic black manicure on her talons.
The actress was attending the much anticipated opening of new art gallery Museo Jumex which houses the vast contemporary art collection of Eugenio Lopez, the heir to the Jumex fruit juice and foods conglomerate.
