The city is ours! Michael Douglas and Robert De Niro grin with glee after being given key to Las Vegas

There are few honours more flattering than being presented with a key to a city.
So no wonder Michael Douglas and Robert De Niro where so happy when they were given the ceremonial trinket in Las Vegas on Friday.
The duo were joined by their castmates from the movie Last Vegas, which follows the adventures of four best friends in their late sixties who go on a wild stag trip to America's party capital.

Michael, 69, who plays the last of the quartet to be finally tying the knot, was in ebulient mood before the ceremony.
The jolly star gave high fives and swapped platitudes with fans as he walked down the red carpet to the famous Bellagio casino fountains.
Goodfellas star Bob, 70, also took delight in mingling with fans, though a glove wearing Morgan Freeman seemed less willing to get involved.
The trio were joined by fellow stars members Kevin Kline and Mary Steenburgen, with entertainment reporter Nancy O'Dell also putting in an appearance.

Last Vegas has been billed as The Hangover for pensioners, and it sees Michael's lifelong bachelor character embarking on a trip to Las Vegas with friends on the eve of his wedding,
The film, which is released on November 1, makes fun of the aging process in the trailer, with Freeman's character questioning how he can enjoy the pleasures of Sin City when, 'I can't smoke, drink, eat salt or stay out past 9.'
