Show him the money! Cuba Gooding Jr puts his $12 million LA mansion complete with ice hockey rink on the market

On Jerry Maguire, he wanted Tom Cruise to show him the money, but this time, Cuba Gooding Jr. is hoping a disrciminating buyer will do the trick and snatch up his stunning $12 million estate.
The Oscar winner listed his custom-built estate for $11,995,000, according to Radaronline.
Not too shabby considering it's located in Pacific Palisades,one of the most exclusive celebrity enclaves in Los Angeles.

The English country estate boasts seven bedrooms, six bathroom and five fireplaces. 
It also has a roller hockey rink, boxing gym, home theater, pool and wine cellar.

According to the Huffington Post, the formal living room brings the outdoors in with wrap around windows that lead to a loggia and an outdoor fireplace.
The home also features French doors and windows, hand-distressed walnut and stone floor and beamed ceilings.

Earlier this year, cuba sold a quaint two-story home in California's San Fernando Valley on May 23 with a price tag of $729,000.
He first purchased his more modest Northridge property in 1999 - three years after his most famous role as football star Rod Tidwell opposite Tom Cruise.
Cuba recently starred in the 2013 film The Butler, where he played the role of Carter Wilson, a fast-talking head butler at the White House.
He also played an FBI agent in the movie Absolute Deception.
