The youngster looks impossibly cute in a white knit hat stylish top with a drawing of a hedgehog on the front.
CaCee, who is married to Scrubs actor Donald Faison, wrote the accompanying message: 'And they say it gets even better... #rocco #ilovemylife.'

She gave birth on August 15, just three weeks after best friend Jessica Simpson welcomed her son Ace Knute.
Last month CaCee Cobb gave the world a glimpse of son Rocco, sharing a photograph via social media.The 35-year-old was seen tenderly cradling the little one in the hospital picture, as her husband Donald, 39, is seen looking exhausted in hospital scrubs in the background.

'The happiest day of my life,' wrote CaCee in the caption in the 'Throwback Thursday' tweet.
Donald previously announced the birth by tweeting: 'Yesterday @caceecobb and I welcomed the most amazing little boy into our lives! Oh Happy Day!!'
She revealed the happy news that she and Donald were having a baby together on Twitter in January this year.

She said: 'Looks like [Donald] and I are going to have a little stormtrooper of our own!' posting a picture of a Star Wars t-shirt with a soldier on the front.
Donald is already father to children Kobe, 11, Dade and Kaya, both 13, and Sean, 16, from prior relationships.
The news came after the pair had just tied the knot in December, in a southern-inspired wedding.
It was just on July 24 that CaCee's best pal Jessica, 32, gave birth to her second child with fiance Eric Johnson, a bouncing baby boy they named Ace Knute.
