to the social whirl, her new baby is clearly not far from her thoughts.

The
reality star made her first trip abroad without her little girl, since
her birth three months ago, and is understandably already said to be
missing her.
A source told Usmagazine.com: 'Kim was sad to say goodbye. This is the first time she's been away from the baby.'

The reality star and boyfriend Kanye West landed in Paris after flying in by private plane on Friday, leaving Nori at home in Los Angeles.

Us Magazine said the first-time mom was upset to leave North, 3 months, behind for the first big getaway, even though she does have her own passport.
And the couples trip has also reportedly forced Kim to stop breastfeeding.
The source continued: 'Kim had wanted to continue breast feeding for another two months. She considered taking a breast pump with her to Paris and having either an assistant flying the milk back to LA or shipping it back by FedEx.'
However Kanye, 36, swiftly dismissed this idea as 'ludicrous'.
The New Slaves rapper and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who arrived in the French capital on Saturday morning, apparently decided not to bring baby North as Kanye thought it would be too 'dangerous'
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: 'Kim really wanted to take Nori to Paris but Kanye insisted that it wasn't a good idea because of his issues with photographers.
'He thought it was too dangerous.'
The source added that Kanye wanted Kim to himself for a few days, so they could spend time as a couple away from the rest of Kardashian clan.

The insider added: 'Kanye has set up multiple meetings with Chanel, Celine and Givenchy to design a new post pregnancy wardrobe for Kim. He thinks this is a prime opportunity for her to re-vamp her image.'

Kim and Kanye are enjoying
their first solo trip since welcoming baby daughter North 'Nori' West
into the world almost four months ago.
The
superstar couple touched down in Paris on Saturday, before attending
both the Givenchy and Céline Paris Fashion Week shows on Sunday.
Their
appearance comes just days after rapper-turned-fashionista Kanye
launched an extroadinary rant against numerous designers in a radio
interview in which he bizarrely took credit for inventing 'leather
jogging pants'.
Speaking
to BBC Radio 1, the star claimed he originally invented the design and
brought it to luxury fashion house Fendi years before it became a
popular trend.

the leather jogging pants six years ago to Fendi, and they said no. How
many motherf***ers you done seen with a leather jogging pant?'
Kanye
also conceded that while Saint Laurent's creative director Hedi Slimane
has some 'nice s**t', they can't compare to the trend-setting power of
rappers, who are the 'biggest rock stars'.
