John Cusack granted temporary restraining order against alleged stalker... who is then arrested at his Malibu home

John Cusack has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker.
The 47-year-old requested and was granted a temporary order on August 30 against 45-year-old Elizabeth Pahlke that required her to stay 100 yards away from him and his security guard.
Shortly after Pahlke was served with the order she was arrested after allegedly trying to break into Cusack's home in Malibu, California.
In his filing Cusack claimed Pahlke for the past three years has bombarded him with letters, emails, tweets and voicemails.

He claimed that Pahlke on August 29 came to his house, left a letter there and waited for him outside, according to a report on Wednesday in TMZ.
Cusack said that Pahlke followed him when he left his house and after he called authorities she was placed on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold.
Cusack in his request for the temporary restraining order said Pahlke 'claims that the angels told her that we were together in a previous life, and that she needs to be with me now in order for me to remember how special she was to me.'

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Pahlke was informed of the temporary restraining order on Tuesday and she went straight to Cusack's house.
Sources said she tried to enter Cusack's estate in Malibu through a window, but failed.
Cusack's security later allegedly caught Pahlke scaling a fence on the grounds and she was detained until deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department arrived.

Pahlke was arrested for felony stalking and burglary and remained in custody on Wednesday with bail set at $150,000.
Cusack was not at home on Tuesday when the incident occurred and deputies were at his home on Wednesday dusting for fingerprints.
Cusack's temporary restraining order remains in effect. A hearing has been scheduled on Sept. 23 to determine if it will be extended.
