I'm here on business! Kanye West checks out his potential fashion partner Hood By Air at New York Fashion Week

He's one of the world's most successful rappers.
And lately Kanye West has been following in the footsteps of other hip hop moguls like P Diddy as he makes his foray into fashion.
After launching his own clothing label earlier this year, the 36-year-old was spotted at the Hood By Air show at New York Fashion Week, on Sunday.

The Yeezus singer was said to be partnering with Hood By Air earlier this year.

And it appears that things are going well, as the singer dropped in for the label's big show with his own personal stylist Virgil Abloh.
Designer Shayne Oliver told i-D in April: 'Kanye wants to do something with us; we’re just trying to figure out what exactly that will be.'

For the day of fashion appreciation the hip hop star wore a low key ensemble made up of ripped blue jeans and unlaced construction boots.
Completing his casual attire was a grey-blue long sleeve Henley as he adorned his left wrist with a simple gold band.
The All Of The Lights rapper stared intently at the designs as the models sashayed up the runway.

Kanye remained expressionless, making it hard to gauge how he felt about the designer's sleek but sporty looks.
Although, he could be seen chatting with his stylist Virgil as he covered his mouth - presumably discussing the potential collaboration with Hoop By Air.
Meanwhile, the rapper come designer' first item for sale under his own label was a plain white cotton top billed as a 'Hip Hop T-shirt' at the hefty price of $120.

Initial sales crashed the APC site, a French retailer, within hours of the items going live, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Although any partnership with Kanye may be a recipe for drama.
Jean Touitou, the French label's founder and a close friend of the rapper who partnered with him for his own clothing label, told W Magazine that Kanye has 'strong obsessions' and 'wants to go in so many different directions.'

He said: 'It took us two years to create just three items. . . Basically, he wants to redo the whole universe. When we finally finished this collection, I felt like, Okay, if I made this happen, then I can achieve peace in the Middle East.'
But the rapper has many other things to keep him occupied besides his new fashion hobby.

It has also recently been revealed that Kanye will be taking both his girlfriend Kim Kardashian and their daughter North West on his  23 date concert tour, kicking off in Seattle on October 19.
