Suri Cruise recovering after breaking her arm

Suri Cruise, the seven-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has broken her arm. Details of how the youngster acquired the injury remain undisclosed although her representative confirmed the news and added that Suri was recovering well.

"Suri did break her arm," said the spokesperson to People magazine on Friday. "But she is okay."
 

Suri was most recently spotted in Cleveland, Ohio where she was visiting her mum Katie on the set
of her latest movie, Miss Meadows.

The young fashionista sported a pink puffa jacket, pink shoes and mint green trousers as she wandered the film's set last week.

Since her divorce from acting legend Tom a year ago, Dawson's Creek star Katie has been working intensely on numerous projects including Broadway play Dead Accounts, Miss Meadows and Mania Days.

During filming for romantic drama Mania Days Katie, 34, was able to spend some quality time with her daughter and Suri was seen jumping and splashing around in the sea at Westhampton Beach off New York's Long Island.
 

Aside from focusing on her career and her only daughter Katie has also been letting her hair down. The actress was spotted dancing the night away at a star-studded event in the Hamptons, held at Apollo Theater board member Ron Perelman's East Hampton estate.

Taking some well-earned time out, Katie joined Jamie Foxx, Lenny Kravitz, Jon Bon Jovi and Pharrell Williams as the group chatted and sipped on cocktails.
